Customs and import taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Cancellations
Request a cancellation within: 2 business days of purchase.
Ship items back within: 3 days of receiving you order.
Please, contact us and within 3 business days of receiving your order to ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that only items in their original, undamaged, unworn and unwashed condition, in their original packaging with all labels attached may be reimbursed. We do not guarantee full refund for damaged products.
Maison Estrella is not responsible for any import tax/duty that your return may have incurred. We will process your return as quickly as possible and refund the full value of your order by the original payment method after we have received the returned item and after we have verified its state and condition.
Maison Estrella is not responsible if a returned item gets damaged or lost by the courier company charged with returning the item. In such cases, your request to return the amount you have paid will be rejected, and the returned product will be sent back to you via courier at your expense. Therefore, we recommend you to use a courier company to trace the package containing the returned item and to insure the package for the actual value of the returned item.
The terms and conditions for returning items are also applicable for cases when you have received an item that you have not ordered.

How to return on order?
When returning a product, please follow the easy procedure described below:
- Fill in the return slip attached to your order, where you can explicitly indicate the reason for your decision to return the item in the respective field;
- Scan or make a photo of the filled-in document and send it to the email address email@example.com including a short description and the order number;
- The returned item should be packed in its original package and should be in immaculate state (including – not used, not washed, with all internal and attached labels in place);
- Please return the products to the contacted address at your expense.
